Itinerary :
Pick up from various hotels in Bangkok.
First visit will be to the Floating Market located at the distance of approx. 110 k.m west of Bangkok. You will see rice paddies and salt fields on the way. After arriving at the jetty you can glide through the area in a long tail boat on your way to see the Floating market and see the intricate small canals in the area.
Here you will the variety of goods are sold be local producers in boats of different shapes and size. You can hire a paddle boat along the market for your shopping experience. After floating market, we will visit Wood Carving Factory there you will see the experience hand carving the life of thailand in to the wood.
Visit to the War Cemetery. Here lay buried are 6982 prisoner who lost their life while building the Death Railway. Onward to JEATH war museum, in the thatched detention hut with cramped elevated bamboo bunks contains photographic, pictorial and physical memorabilia from the second World War.
Walk over the internationally famous bridge over the River Kwai. This is a black iron bridge brought from Java by the Japanese army and reassembled under Japanese supervision by the allied prisoners of war labor as part of the railway linking Thailand to Myanmar.
